We partner with Penn-affiliated startups and Philadelphia-area women business owners to solve real-world business challenges through 10-week consulting engagements. Members work directly with founders on projects spanning marketing, operations, branding, sustainability, and competitive analysis, gaining hands-on consulting and client-facing experience.

We go through the fundamentals of venture capital from the investments perspective. Members work in small teams to source and evaluate startups in various industries (Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Retail, Fashion, etc), conduct market research, analyze different business models, and develop investment pitches. Throughout the semester, teams will pitch their theses and engage with Penn alumni at various firms.
