Undergraduate Programming

McNulty Leadership Program provides co-curricular programming for undergraduates that compliments the Leadership Journey. Programs and student opportunities are designed to enhance student learnings and make transferable connections back into the classroom.

Experience Leadership Firsthand

Undergraduate Wharton students have open enrollment style programming to engage in custom programs throughout the school year. Community-based experiences provide students with a deeper level of stewardship, development and training. Students are not limited to the amount of learning opportunities provided by the McNulty Leadership Program. Develop your leadership skills and find your community.

Leadership Compass

Participate in McNulty's new program, the Leadership Compass and take a deep dive into who you are as a leader, have access to world class leadership development and engage in a community that will last a lifetime.

P3: Purpose, Passion, Principles

A four-week program designed to provide a structured way for students to gain a deeper understanding of their own definitions of success and happiness and how these relate to their goals.

Group Coaching

Small groups of students who come together to develop their individual leadership through the sustained and supported focus of targeted behaviors. Each student group is led by an executive coach.

Leadership Ventures

Hands-on, team based experiences "in the field" where participants step out of their comfort zone and exceed personal limitations. Ventures span from 1-2 day immersive experiences to 6-10 day expeditions.

Venture Fellows

Venture Fellows facilitate the learning opportunities on each Venture. This unique and talented group of students participate in annual leadership trainings and have dedicated themselves to being service focused students.

Leadership Workshops

A set of free experiential learning opportunities for all Wharton undergraduates. Workshops are targeted towards specific leadership development competencies and range from a half to a full day experience.
