The McNulty Leadership Program offers co-curricular experiences that complement your Leadership Journey at Wharton. Designed specifically for undergraduates, our programs help you deepen your leadership skills and make meaningful, transferable connections to your classroom learning, career interests, and community involvement. This is your invitation to begin developing the skills, habits, and mindset of a confident leader and values-driven leader.

Wharton undergraduates enjoy access to open-enrollment opportunities during their time as students, enabling them to participate in programs that align with their interests and goals. Whether you seek one-time experiences or long-term development, you will discover a diverse array of offerings tailored to meet you at your current stage.

Community-based experiences provide a deeper level of leadership growth, emphasizing stewardship, reflection, and real-world application. And there’s no cap—students are encouraged to explore as many McNulty Leadership Program opportunities as you wish.

In addition to core programs, the McNulty Leadership Program offers signature initiatives that further support your leadership development. People Lab, a Wharton-developed platform, designed to help students gain self-awareness through guided reflection and behavioral insights. The Penn Athletics Wharton Leadership Academy (PAWLA) provides student-athletes with opportunities to strengthen leadership on and off the field through workshops, speaker series, and team-based learning. And through Authors@Wharton, you’ll hear directly from influential thinkers and bestselling authors as they share fresh perspectives on leadership, business, and personal development.
