Details

We’re excited to offer a self-defense class next Sunday, April 2 at 10AM! This class will teach you practical and effective techniques for protecting yourself in a variety of scenarios. Coach Harry will lead the class and it will take place outdoors (with a rainy weather location as needed).

This is a "bring-a-friend" class, introduce your non-boxer friends to some of our training!
