After starting his career in the healthcare investment banking group at JP Morgan, he became a financial analyst at Unite Us, a healthcare technology startup.
Jerome Allen (WH '18) utilized the leadership skills he learned through both his management courses and extracurricular experiences to become a Fellow at the CTC Ten Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to promoting the education and development of disadvantaged youth in South Africa. Now, Jerome works as an Athlete Manager, currently servicing multiple National Basketball Association athletes.
