Our Mission is to create a tight-knit community at Wharton that provides support and mentorship while celebrating the expression of Asian culture in America Community: Foster a community where members feel comfortable being their authentic selves and are able to bond with others who share similar cultural backgrounds and experiences Personal Identity: Promote self-reflection and conversation around being Asian in America (including thoughtful collaborations with other affinity groups) Professional Development: Empower members to be thoughtful leaders and advocates in the workforce for Asian empowerment Social: Host fun events that deliver value back to community members and help build connections with others outside of the WAAAM community
