Hosted by the Wharton Asian American Association of MBAs (WAAAM), VANTAGE 2026: Where Perspective Becomes Power is the inaugural MBA conference dedicated to AAPI identities. This one-day event brings together students, professionals, and leaders to address the critical opportunities facing our community.
From overcoming the "Bamboo Ceiling" to embracing cultural authenticity, we are here to amplify the voices of Asian American women executives, entrepreneurs, and storytellers. Join us for meaningful dialogue and actionable strategies to build community and lead with impact.
