Join us for a unique recovery experience at MVMNT Graduate Hospital (24th & Washington) on Monday, April 7, from 5-6 PM. This $5 group class includes a contrast therapy session (sauna + cold plunge) and an instructor-led active mobility/recovery session. It's the perfect way to unwind and reset after a long Monday!
