Vicky is currently a first-year student in the Wharton / Lauder dual degree program. Prior to Wharton, she worked for the Strategy & Operations arm of Deloitte Consulting for four years. As a Business Analyst and later Consultant, she focused on providing analytically-driven recommendations including corporate & business unit strategy, profitable growth path, and scenario planning.



She has contributed to multiple strategy white papers published by Deloitte and helped partners lead analysts and communities to pursue market opportunities. Vicky held a major in Operations Research & Information Engineering and minor in Business from Cornell University.

Prior to Wharton, Tom spent 5 years with Deloitte Consulting, most recently as a Senior Consultant. During his time at the firm, Tom's project experience focused on supply chain risk management and market assessments for defense and intelligence clients throughout the US, UK, and Australia. He is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia and a fervent fan of Chelsea FC.

Lillian was born in West Virginia, USA and was raised in Beirut Lebanon where she went to a French school, then to an American University. Lillian’s interest in solving complex matters drove her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Electrical engineering at the American University of Beirut. There, she held many leadership positions in the Toastmasters International club where she conducted numerous public speaking trainings and competitions, locally and abroad, that helped her nourish her confidence and build her intercultural-communication skills.



After completing her undergraduate degree, Lillian moved to Dubai to pursue her career in Management consulting with the Boston Consulting Group. Assisting GCC governments and specifically Saudi Arabia, Lillian worked on creating national plans to transform the quality of life in terms of peace spreading, gender parity, youth employment, and educational attainment in the Middle East. At BCG, she got the chance to build her problem solving, analytical and customer facing skills.



In parallel to her job, Lillian decided to share her love for writing by authoring the book, “You’ve Changed”, capturing the transformative travel lessons she learned during her multi-country trips around the world. In her book, she argued for the importance of cultural exchange to transform people into socially conscious global citizens, committed to one another.



In the future, Lillian intends to arm the youth with the opportunity to experience the world beyond their immediate communities. By augmenting her knowledge through hands-on learning from the Lauder program as well as the Entrepreneurship track at Wharton, Lillian aims to explore the opportunities that will allow her to attain her goal of enabling the youth to be exposed to other cultures.

Shia Li graduated from Dartmouth College in 2016 with a major in Biology. While in college, she completed 2 internships at Datamonitor Healthcare Consulting in London and New York. Upon graduating, she joined Bain and Company, where she worked for 2.5 years across the Boston and Tokyo offices in a variety of industries including retail, telecommunications, and automotive manufacturing. 

Mariam Waqar

This summer she interned for FB’s London Office as a PMM and for Vanguard as a Roboadvisor Product Strategist.

Charlene You is a 2015 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and joined A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm, in the fall of 2015 after graduation. The projects she most enjoyed at the company were focused on strategy on a global scale: building market growth strategies for a French chemicals company while collaborating with other project teams in India and Turkey; conducting workshops for an international prestige beauty company to transform its supply chain while working with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas; or creating a U.S. business plan for a Japanese golf club manufacturer backed by a Chinese PE firm with the project based in Tokyo. She is currently enrolled in the Wharton/Lauder dual degree program, and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2021.
