Join pizza expert Scott Wiener for a hands-on virtual pizza making experience. Using your own dough, sauce, and cheese (or a TWO PIZZA kit from Nomad Pizza, $17) you’ll learn all the pro tips for getting great pizza out of your home oven. You don’t need any fancy equipment, but we’ll provide a PDF with optional gear and ingredients that will take your pizza making to the next level.

Scott’s Pizza Tours has been raising the public’s pizza literacy since 2008 and continues to do so during COVID-19 via online lectures and events like this. Besides the tour company, Scott has also founded and continues to run the nonprofit Slice Out Hunger (sliceouthunger.org) and the online pizza making equipment store Pizza Resource Center (pizzaresourccecenter.com). Known as one of the dominant voices in global pizza culture, Scott is a monthly columnist for Pizza Today Magazine, host of Thrillist’s Really Dough, international culinary pizza judge, and holds the Guinness World Record for largest collection of pizza boxes.
