SIMPLi products, including quinoa, beans, oils, and grains, are sold at leading retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Erewhon, and other premium grocery partners nationwide. Prior to founding SIMPLi, Sarela was among the first 10 support center full-time employees at CAVA, where she helped scale operations during the company’s early growth. In this conversation, she will share lessons from building and scaling mission-driven food brands, navigating global supply chains, and balancing impact with commercial growth.
