Meryl Feinstein of Pasta Social Club, Food52's resident pasta maker is going to teach us how to make potato gnocchi from scratch!

Tickets are HEAVILY subsidized and include the virtual lesson. 1 ticket per device for this virtual lesson, but you are welcome to cook with a buddy.

NOTES:
-- DIETARY: Gluten-free and vegan recipe options available
-- Lesson will cover gnocchi-making ONLY, but Meryl will recommend a few sauces and cooking instructions. (Feel free to make/buy your favorite sauce ahead of time!)
-- You will need to cook and mash your potatoes BEFORE the start of the event. We'll do the mixing and shaping together.
