Chocolate Tasting Event with Aurora Grace

Join Wharton Food Club and Wharton Chocolate club for an interactive chocolate tasting event. We have worked with local fine chocolatier Aurora Grace to build out a special tasting kit exclusively for this event.

Each ticket includes a tasting kit and a ticket to our virtual tasting event with Aurora Grace herself. Aurora found her true passion for chocolate in the kitchens of Jean Georges and Eleven Madison Park. Initially learning tricks of the trade working at The Musket Room and now sells all over the city of Philadelphia. Aurora will walk us through her sustainable and ethical sourcing process and show us how she pairs her flavors.

Each kit will include:
- 5 seasonal bonbons,
- samples of couvertures (the chocolate Aurora Grace uses prior to making it into barks or bars or bonbons)
- samples of other parts of the chocolate
- items used in filling the bonbons

Kits will be picked up on campus prior to the 9/27 virtual tasting event. Each kit will include a a card for notes that maps all of this out, so that attendees will be able to follow as Aurora explains where they are from, how they are used, and other useful or interesting tidbits.
