Join us for a Baology (award winning fast casual Taiwanese) x Wharton Food Club restaurant takeover! Judy Ni and Andy Tessier (chefs who've worked with Daniel Boulud, at Daniel, DBGB, and Boulud Sud, and Dan Barber at Blue Hill at Stone Barns) are opening up their restaurant just for us and trying out their not-yet-released dinner menu for us, with a mix + mingle buffet-style dinner. This event is BYOB (beer + wine are welcome)!

Tentative menu as follows:
- An assortment of different types of gwa baos - they are individually wrapped so we could make a few of each at a time and pace it according to the group
- Taiwanese Fried Chicken with lemon aioli & fried thai basil
- Cold Longevity Noodles with Ginger-Scallion Sauce finished with Crispy Shallots (Vegan)
- Sticky Rice - Taiwanese Sausage, Shiitake Mushrooms, Water Chestnuts
- Potstickers
- Smashed Cucumber Salad
- Shao Bings (Taiwanese flatbread) - We could do a few different version: Fried Chicken or Sausage or Pork Belly, Egg, & Cheese (we can also do them vegetarian with just an egg & cheese)
