A joint event from Wharton Food Club and Wharton Japan Club, this pop-up is the culmination of nearly two years of me studying ramen. After hosting countless dinners in my apartment and interning at a ramen restaurant in Copenhagen, it's time for a pop-up!

The ramen is a pistachio clam shio which features:
- A light-bodied combination of clam/mussel broth, chicken stock, and a dashi of applewood smoked fish
- Homemade pistachio flour noodles and pistachio shio tare
- Your choice of pork neck chashu (recommended) or chicken chashu
- Porcini and garlic infused duck fat, ajitsuke tamago, basil, and spring onions

The meal will be served with sake by the Japan Club. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate shellfish or nut allergies!
