Co-event with Chocolate Club: Three course cooking class

Appetizer: Seared Scallops with Pumpkin Puree, Apple, Shaved Chocolate and Black Pepper
Entrée: Cocoa & Aleppo Rubbed Smoked Goat over Polenta with Chocolate Glaze
Dessert: Double Chocolate Ganache and Espresso Tart with Fresh Berries and Whipped Cream
The cooking class begins promptly at 7 pm on February 21st. Expect to be cooking and enjoying the fine food until close to 10pm!

As far as an timeline for the event, your class would run as follows:
7:00 p.m. Arrival
Guests are welcomed to the College and will be escorted to the kitchens.
7:10 p.m. Introduction
The Chef instructor for your event will give a short presentation to get everyone ready to break into teams and start cooking!
7:20 p.m.—8:30 p.m. Cook Time
During this time, guests will work within teams to exercise problem solving, communication and cooperation skills to finish their designated recipe.
8:30 p.m.—9:30 p.m. Dinner
After the meal has been prepared, guests will be seated in the dining room to partake of a family-style dinner they themselves created. A water and iced tea station will be available for self-service.
Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
