The Cluster Boards have partnered with the Vets Club to host Lessons in Leadership on Tue, Apr 13 from 7:30-8:30pm. During this session, we'll host four concurrent panels during which our vets will share their stories followed by a discussion of key themes and Q&A. Learn more about the panels, speakers, and sign up below:

Managing through Uncertainty - Hear how our panelists have dealt with uncertain, high stress situations and the lessons they've learned along the way. Speakers: Josh Auerbach, Adam Breslin, and Ben Tartell

Emotional Intelligence - Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. Speakers: Ned Butler, Lucas Sullivan, Pat Nugent, and Brandon Fix

Leading Up - There are times when we have to manage our manager, a complex task that requires finesse, grace and strategy, especially in hierarchical organizations like the military. Speakers: Jason Shinar, Tejas Pathak, and Mike Sorrentino

Women in a Men's Game - In traditionally male-majority fields like the military, being a female leader presents a unique set of challenges. Speakers: Amanda Terrill, Ashley Sogge, and Sarah Jane Truskot
