Training Committee | To provide DEI training and workshops to improve inclusivity within various constituents of the Wharton community, including but not limited to faculty, student leaders, and student workers. |

External Communication | To promote a stable and mutually beneficial exchange of information awareness, joint programming, and opportunity flow between WEDIG and campus organizations and the larger Penn community. To provide transparent platforms that can connect with students and provide resources to the Wharton student community. To establish long-term, frequent touchpoints and relationships with Wharton admistration to communicate student needs and find areas to collaborate. |
