Ag News of the Week

"In Tuscany, Farms Embrace Nature -- and Visitors"

Clusters of biodynamic farms in Tuscany are benefitting from the growing momentum of the natural wines movement. Biodynamic agriculture is a chemical-free production method that treats the farm holistically and as an organism of plants and animals. Will these biodynamic wineries and farms gain a lasting position in the modern food system or die out as many hot food fads have? What role can culinary tourism have on the expansion of biodynamic practices?  LINK HERE.
