Jason Lee (W '98) founded DailyPay, a service that allows employees to control when they get paid, five years ago. As the first-ever solution allowing workers to receive their earnings on demand, the company has helped millions pay their bills on time and has reduced participating companies' turnover by 45% on average. Since Mr. Lee last spoke on campus in 2017, DailyPay has grown from a small startup to a company with over 300 people. In the interview, Mr. Lee looks back on the last three years, discusses personal finance in the time of COVID, and gives advice for prospective entrepreneurs.
