Tue 2/25 - [Storytellers x Food Club] Restaurant Takeover: Casa Mexico

The experience begins with the chef sharing her inspiring story—how she discovered her passion for cuisine and founded her renowned restaurant. From there, you'll dive into the art of tortilla-making, guided by her expertise. The class concludes with an open conversation segment, where you can ask the chef questions and savor your freshly made tortillas. To complete the experience, we’ll share a meal together, immersing ourselves in flavors and stories inspired by her feature on Netflix’s Chef’s Table and her recognition as a James Beard Award winner.

During the meal, guests will enjoy a selection of appetizers, including guacamole with chips and esquites, followed by a taco buffet featuring grilled steak, grilled chicken, and root vegetables. To end on a sweet note, the experience will conclude with a delicious serving of tres leches.
