Details
Coach Harry will give a lesson on the fundamentals, while also teaching new moves to build on previous classes. Class is open to all including those with no to minimum Muay Thai experience. Please come in athletic gear, no equipment needed (if you have your own hand wraps, gloves, shin guards, or other equipment please bring but no need to purchase if not).
