1. GREAT NEWS!! We are excited to announce our first set of member-hosted small group dinners: join Alessandro, Chris and Laura to taste some of their favorite meals and family's specialties!
2. Your Board Members will host some of the usuals (think: our beloved Carbonara and Risotto Nights!) as well as explore new events - did anybody say Amaro tasting?!?!

Carbonara Night - Mon 2/17 at 7:30 PM with Federico
Join The Italian Club for its Carbonara Night! A small-group home-cooked dinner to get to know each other while tasting one of Rome's quintessential delicacies: pasta alla carbonara. We will be learning a bit about the history of this dish as well as the secrets to craft the perfect one.
Amaro Tasting - Thu 2/20 at 9:00 PM with Alice and Federico
From North to South, The Italian Club will be taking you on a tour through some of the most popular Italian after-dinner digestifs for a classy yet unwinding small-group gathering!

Mom's Pasta Sauce and Meatballs Night - Mon 2/24 at 7:00 PM with Chris
Join our first series of member-hosted small group dinners! Chris is more ready than ever to share his family's secret recipe and his mom literally shipped the cans of tomatoes when he mentioned he ran out of sauce!

Pasta and Pastries Night - Wed 2/26 at 7:30 PM with Laura
Join our first series of member-hosted small group dinners! Laura has planned 3 different types of pasta and will share the delicious recipes and tips on how to make them at home. A selection of Italian pastries will also be served.

Ossobuco alla Milanese Night - Thu 2/27 at 7:30 PM with Alessandro
Join our first series of member-hosted small group dinners! Alessandro will share his family's great recipe for "Ossobuco alla milanese con risotto giallo." Ossobuco is one of the signature dishes of the Milanese cuisine. Veal shanks are cut crosswise to reveal the marrow, a cut often just referred to as 'ossobuco'.

Risotto Night - Sat 2/29 at 7:30 PM with Federico and Iacopo
Federico and Iacopo will surprise you with their amazing risotto. "A full belly and a happy heart." Come prepared!
