The Board members of the Italian Club will dust off their aprons and oven mitts to take you through a tour of Italian cuisine, ranging from Veneto’s polenta all the way down to Calabria’s spicy salami. We will have several stations that will include some Italian classics and regional delicacies. This will be a great way to enjoy some local dishes and wines that you may have never tried before, and also to learn more about fun facts and local history about Italian regions! And don’t worry, we will definitely leave room for desserts at the end also and for limoncellos and amaros to be (responsibly) enjoyed.
