  • What is the interview like?

It's just a casual conversation between you and members of the board for us to get to know you a bit better beyond your application and for you to get to know us better. Things we're looking to learn about you:

    • Who are you?
    • Where are you from?
    • What do you like to do for fun?
    • Why are you interested in GUIDE?
    • What kind of projects or initiatives are you passionate about?
    • What expectations do you have for us?

We are a very informal group. Please don't dress up. Wear what makes you feel comfortable (Pajamas, swim shorts, and flip flops are OK!). We want to learn about you, your values, and really, your vision for the future of GUIDE and your role in it.

This is also a chance for you to learn more about us, GUIDE, and our own experiences with the organization (or just in general) so come with a few questions as well. Don't stress about the chat, but do come prepared to talk about the topics we've mentioned.

  • How many positions are available?

We are aiming to recruit 3-4 directors for Spring 2021
