[Rescheduled to Feb '25] Direct Indexing 101 with Frec
by Common Cents
Details
Join us for a hybrid event at 12pm ET on Tuesday (February 4). The leadership team from Frec will present an introduction to Direct Indexing.
What is direct indexing?
Direct indexing involves holding the underlying securities that comprise an index like the S&P500. Investors can then sell individual stocks that have dropped in value to generate tax losses if the broader index has risen. Banking these losses, a strategy known as tax-loss harvesting, can be used to offset capital-gain taxes from the sale of stock or even a home.
