The Wharton Council is dedicated to improving student life by fostering a more complete co-curricular experience for the Wharton undergraduate community. The Council achieves this goal by supporting Wharton-recognized clubs as well as organizing community-building social traditions and initiatives.

Mission
Wharton Women is a student organization open to all undergraduate students at the University of Pennsylvania. Wharton Women facilitates the personal and career development of women and underrepresented gender identities in business by building a network of exceptional undergraduates, professionals and faculty. Wharton Women aims to provide direction, insight, and camaraderie to women from all four of Penn's undergraduate schools who are interested in business or intend to enter the business world upon graduation. We were voted Wharton's Best Large Club in 2021.Through numerous initiatives such as our cornerstone events; industry career panels; workshops teaching social and professional skills; and philanthropy work, Wharton Women promotes the establishment of valuable industry contacts, as well as aims to aid the transition between the University and the workplace.

As a Wharton Council-recognized student organization, Wharton Women adheres to the University of Pennsylvania Policy on Equal Opportunity. All Penn undergraduates are welcome to sign up to participate in our general body membership (GBM) events and programs.
