"How I Grew This" is a monthly entrepreneurship workshop co-hosted by WAFS and eClub where we connect Wharton student founders in the F&B space with experts in the field to help them brainstorm solutions to a pressing topic they're working through. The format is much like a one-on-one mentorship call, but we open it up to the student body so that everyone can listen in, in an effort to pull back the curtain on early-stage entrepreneurship.

This month we are featuring Edie, an urban farming concept in the Caribbean to drive the localization of agriculture for increased regional food resilience.

Founder Keone Applewhite (WG '21) will be in conversation with Henry Gordon-Smith, Founder & CEO of Agritecture. They will discuss various topics from farm design and crops to education and partnerships.

There will be a raffle for members of WAFS and eClub, so join now!
