"How I Grew This" is the Wharton Agribusiness and Food Security's (WAFS) live, interactive workshops for Wharton MBA and grad student food and beverage entrepreneurs. For each session we will connect entrepreneurs with technical experts to help them address a relevant business challenge. Specific topics include, "How to brand a new food product?" and "How to find a manufacturer?" These conversations will be open to the student body so that all can learn and pitch in their own solutions as well.

This first session features Xoma, The New Agave Spirit (@drinkxoma), founded by Anthony Morano and Iacopo Santini (WG '21), in conversation with Hélène Le Person, Dir. Marketing & Business Dev at Convivialité Ventures (the venture arm of Pernod Ricard) and Richard Le Moult, CMO of Pernod Ricard Mexico. Together, they will explore how to successfully guerrilla market an early brand with specific examples from Xoma's own opportunities and Hélène & Richard's experience.

If you haven't joined the club already, please do so -- we'll also be raffling off awesome Xoma gear to Waggies!
