Mission The Black MBA Association was established in 1973 and later renamed the African American MBA Association (AAMBAA) in 1986. AAMBAA is an inclusive organization that welcomes all who have an interest in the history, culture, and experiences of African Americans in the United States.Our mission is to provide resources, programming, and community for prospective students, current students, and alumni, helping to shape a more inclusive and dynamic Wharton experience.
