Are you still struggling to do crow? Have you ever wondered how to get into a headstand, forearm stand, or handstand? In Part 2 of our 2-part series, Rob and Cessna will lead you through a warm-up flow and and workshop session to offer you form and strength-building techniques that will help set the foundation for you to master arm balances, inversions, and other challenging asanas. Part 1 will focus on crow and headstand.

Part 2 of this series will be hosted on December 7th and will build on these techniques to learn forearm stand and handstand. People who attend Part 1 will be offered advanced tickets to attend Part 2.

Bios:
Cessna is an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor trained at Laughing Lotus in NYC and has taught at studios in both NYC and Philadelphia. Named after a plane, she is passionate about "flight" (a common reference to arm balances and inversions in yoga) and believes that yoga is for everybody and "every body" at any age and phase in life. She hopes to help as many people as possible find their yoga.
