9/18 Wine School | Wine 101: Introduction to Sparkling Wine

Join us for Wharton Wine School! Whether you are looking to start a new hobby, impress your friends, or flex at your next corporate dinner, this foundational session will give you the knowledge and tools to get started on the right foot. Supplement this session with the rest of the Wine School series that follows, and you will be sure to get the most out of your Wine Club membership! 

This Wine School session's theme is Wine 101: Intro to Tasting and Varietals of Sparkling Wine. Together, we will cover the basics of the winemaking process, discuss the Systematic Approach to Tasting, and start to explore the different varietals of Sparkling wines you will see most often. Over the course of the night, we will taste a series of Sparkling wines, each of different styles and profiles to start to see how wines from different regions and grapes are different, and hopefully what you like the best! 

Please note: Dinner will not be provided. Please ensure you have dinner before the session.
