A 4-course dinner will be served family style and individually plated with a guided tasting of 4 wines. Sample dishes include:

- Martha's Vineyard bay scallops
- Smoked steelhead trout
- Razor clams
- Baby hakurei turnips
- Glazed Maine unagi
- Gently cooked monkfish
- Frozen white chocolate
- Spiced molasses cookie

Tickets are heavily subsidized to $75 (food typically $110, wine $40).
