<strong>Wine Club Cancellation Policy</strong>
Cancellations: If you've accepted an invitation for an event and need to cancel, please do so more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. To do so, you must either use the RSVP form in the invitation e-mail (where applicable) or email the club presidents. For events with a waitlist, you CANNOT simply find a replacement for yourself. You must contact the event organizer, and we will pass your spot to the next person on the list. For open sign-up events like small group tastings, please also inform your host 24 hours prior, but you may find a replacement on your own.
Late cancellation and no-show penalties: If you're a no-show or cancel less than 24 hours before the event, you may lose sign up privileges for upcoming Wine Club events on the calendar and you will be charged a $25 "no-show" fee. This is your warning. This may seem harsh, but keep in mind that another Wine Club member wanted your empty seat—we need you to do your part to keep things fair for your friends and fellow club members. Repeated sign-ups and cancellations may be cause for excluding you from future lotteries.
Lateness: By accepting an invitation to an event, you commit to attending all of it – right from the beginning. For tastings, classes, and dinners, doors will close 10 minutes after the event start time. That means if you show up more than 10 minutes late, you will be counted as a no-show and charged the no-show fee, even if we are still able to admit you to the event.
