Kate Hagedorn (WG'20, C'10) is a Project Leader in BCG's Philadelphia office. She focuses primarily on public sector work at both the federal and state/local levels of government, primarily engaging in operations and change management work. Prior to attending Wharton, Kate's career centered on improving Philadelphia, including roles in the Philadelphia Mayor's Office and the region's Chamber of Commerce. She is a big believer in giving back to one's community and has been active with a number of nonprofits and philanthropic efforts. During her time at Wharton, she was an SLF, Co-President of the Politics and Policy club, a board member on Wharton Social Impact Club, and a member of the rugby team. She is married, has two kids, and is attempting to feel athletic again by way of running and golf.
