Mission
Wharton Women in Investing (WWIN) was founded in 2021 by a group of MBA women passionate about improving gender diversity within the investing industry.

Our mission is to empower women to succeed as investors and adjacents across finance, including private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, mutual fund, investment management, banking, and legal industries. We seek alliance from our male allies to drive this mission forward.

Membership Benefits
Members will have exclusive access to a strong community of female Wharton students and alumni in the investing and larger finance industries, in addition to members-only events and programming for recruiting and networking.
