Wharton PE/VC, Wharton Women in Business, Wharton Male Allies, and Entrepreneurship Club are excited to bring to you a special panel on breaking barriers in the venture capital and founder world, featuring four keynote panelists from the industry.

Across the industry, venture capital funds are facing mounting marketplace and investor demand for more diverse representation in their portfolios. Many have made commitments to hire and fund diverse talent. However, female founders received 2.8% of U.S. venture capital funding in 2019, and today, only 1.4% of VC-funded start-up founders are black or Latinx. Join us for a panel discussion featuring industry-leading venture capital professionals and entrepreneurs as they discuss how they are working to shift this paradigm.
