Inclusive Leadership Workshop

Leaders are often asked to embody and enhance equity and inclusion in their organizations, but practicing inclusive leadership can be easier said than done. Join us for a workshop to identify skills and strategies that will improve inclusive leadership competencies in your student organization.

In this workshop you will:
• Evaluate your organization and identify critical diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives for the semester ahead.
• Create an organizational strategy that reflects your organization's culture and people.
• Learn to infuse inclusivity throughout the organization by creating equitable policies and processes.
• Discover change management techniques that will help for all group members understand the importance of the strategy and foster a seamless transition.

Attendees are required attend the full program (12-3:30pm).

Space is extremely limited. Students must register. Lunch will be provided.
