Mr. Peña is also President of Blackstone Mortgage Trust (NYSE:BXMT), a publicly-traded commercial mortgage REIT managed by Blackstone.
Chris brings two decades of experience, advising on over $50 billion of M&A transactions and leading over $100 billion of debt and equity capital markets transactions. Chris has executed a variety of transactions for a wide range of REITs and Financial Sponsors with a focus in healthcare and retail real estate.
