About Chad Burkhardt: Chad Burkhardt is a Managing Director at CenterSquare Investment Management, where he leads the Strategic Capital platform focused on opportunistic real estate investments, including platform-level and special situation deals. Over his 12+ year tenure at CenterSquare, he has held roles including Co-Head of Real Estate Private Equity and Head of East Coast Acquisitions. Previously, Chad worked at a HNW family office and The D. E. Shaw Group, and Merrill Lynch. He holds a degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and specializes in joint ventures, portfolio strategy, and team leadership.
