Ashford Trust is focused on investing predominantly in upper upscale, full-service hotels. Braemar's strategy is to invest in luxury hotels and resorts. Combined, Ashford Trust and Braemar Hotels & Resorts currently own 83 hotels with more than 20,000 rooms and have approximately $7.5 billion in gross assets.
