Details
Zorbey Canturk - Prior to Wharton, Zorbey came from Comcast where he worked on strategy and analytics. After interning during the summer with Activision Blizzard as a Product Manager, Zorbey went on to rejoin the company full-time in their MBA Rotational Program, starting off as a PM on the Hearthstone team.
Michael Fukuyama - Gaming is not just game studios, it is an entire ecosystem of diverse players. In this regard, Michael chose a different career path by rejoining Nvidia full time after interning there during the summer. He now works as a PM on the Software Games team, which supports the development of features to enhance the gaming experience of Nvidia GPUs.
Wai Cheng - Coming from a non-traditional background in education (though in gaming, almost everything is non-traditional), Wai recently rejoined EA as a Games Product Manager after interning with them during the summer. He's currently working on Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, one of EA's top rated mobile games.
Peixin Mo - During her time at Wharton and Lauder, Peixin became interested in Web3 and its impact across games and beyond. After Wharton, she joined Hive, an cloud based enterprise AI solutions startup. Shortly afterwards, she joined Scopely as a Senior PM, building products for their Web3 division.
Please feel free to ask our panel on how the recruiting process was for internship and full time opportunities, how to prepare for interviews, the different roles and paths that you can follow to begin your career in gaming, and many more questions.
