Global Digital Health DEI Panel Series: Wharton Digital Health Club x Wharton Global Health Volunteers

Wharton Digital Health Club is partnering with Wharton Global Health Volunteers to host a panel on “Global Digital Health” (RSVP: https://cglink.me/2cz/r120669) with leaders leveraging digital health solutions globally, including building informatics capabilities for healthcare abroad and digital health equity for under-resourced populations. 

We will feature Dr. John Holmes, PhD, Associate Director of the Penn Institute for Bioinformatics; Dr. Rmaah Memon, MD, Global Emergency Medicine Fellow at the Center for Global and Population Health; Ms. Joy Payton, MS, Global Health Informatics Consultant and Supervisor at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia; and Dr. Shikha Sinha, MD, Pediatrician and Health Informatics Researcher at CHOP.

This panel will take place at 12 PM on February 25th, 2025 at Huntsman Hall 240. Topics include ways for students to engage digital health positions in the future that provide for under-resourced populations, DEI challenges in digital health, and how they pursued their careers from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
