Bridge to Business with Jeff Hellman

Jeff is Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at PVH Corp., the global apparel company behind Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Speedo, and IZOD. Over 18 years at PVH, he’s led multi-billion-dollar M&A and major financings — including the acquisitions of Tommy Hilfiger B.V. and The Warnaco Group, as well as credit facilities, bond offerings, and common stock raises. He’s also negotiated marquee sports partnerships, from sponsorships with the Barclays Center and Brooklyn Nets to the IZOD Center naming rights. Jeff teaches Fashion Law & Finance at Fordham Law School, bringing a rare, finance-forward view of how brand strategy meets capital markets.
