What to Expect:
You’ll be paired into small groups of four (balanced between WAAAM and AAMBAA members) for free-flowing, real-talk conversations about identity, career growth, and workplace experiences. We’ll kick things off with intros, dive into thought-provoking questions, and check in periodically to hear key takeaways from the room.
Topics we’ll explore:
• Has your racial identity impacted your career or Wharton experience?
• How do you leverage your community in professional settings?
• What challenges and stereotypes have you faced, and how have you navigated them?
• Where have you seen the most representation and inclusion in your field?
• How can we build stronger allyship between Black and Asian communities at Wharton and beyond?
Come for the great conversation, shared insights, and cross-community connections—and stay for the free lunch!
