Most of the weekend's activities will be taking place at the Mandalay and Delano Hotels. Check-in for wristbands, swag, etc as well as pre-games will be taking place at executive conference suites within the Mandalay Bay.
For the weekend, your room types are guaranteed at incredible rates:
$150 for Friday night (as compared to $217 on expedia and hotels.com)
$195 for Saturday night (as compared to $268 on expedia and hotels.com)

What are Vegas Pods?
Pods are an initiative we started to boost cross-school mixing. For participants interested, we ask that you fill out the 3 minute survey and you will be matched with a small group of 8-10 people from various MBA schools with similar personal/professional interests and/or individuals who are planning to be in the same city as you this summer (or thereafter, for 2Ys). You will receive your Pod assignment 2-3 weeks before the actual event which gives the Pod sufficient time to get to know each other and make plans for the best weekend of the year!

Who's coming?!
300+ attendees from business schools across the country (including Wharton, Columbia, Harvard, Northwestern Kellogg, NYU Stern, Stanford, MIT Sloan, USC, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Dartmouth, Chicago Booth, Yale, McCombs, and others) will be present, so get ready to mix and mingle! Note: this event is open to anyone! Feel free to invite plus ones, close friends, or anyone who might be interested.

Activities will include club events, pool parties, small group dinners, and much more. Whether you’re looking to meet new friends, chill, or just party, it’s certain to be an unforgettable weekend.
Based on feedback from last year, we are working on additional programming for the group, including shows, buffet brunch, and a scavenger hunt. Stay tuned as we negotiate discounted pricing for additional activities and add-ons. It's going to be great! Detailed itineary will be sent out soon!
