10AM - Tacombi: A fast-growing restaurant group executing high-quality tacos at scale while staying true to brand, culture, and operational excellence. We’ll be diving into how they’ve balanced growth with authenticity as well as a new travel/ tourism concept in the works.
12PM - Lunch with Scott’s Pizza Tours at Kesté: Scott is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable people about pizza in the world. He’s generously hosting us at Kesté, where legendary Neapolitan pizzaiolo Roberto Caporuscio produces some of the city’s best pies. Scott will walk us through different pizza styles, history, and share insights into what it takes to operate a successful pizza restaurant.
1:30PM - Dorsia with CEO/ Founder Marc Lotenberg at Maxwell Social: One of the most compelling hospitality tech companies right now. Dorsia partners with top restaurants to optimize demand and monetization through a membership based reservation platform — operating at the intersection of dining, data, and consumer behavior.
3:30PM - Major Food Group at The Four Seasons:
One of the most influential hospitality group of the past decade. They’re expanding Carbone to Vegas, Miami, and the Middle East, moving into hotels, stadium partnerships, and CPG while continuing to operate some of NYC’s best restaurants like Torrisi. We’ll be meeting them at the beautiful Pool room at the Four Seasons to learn more about their growth strategy and evolution.
5:30PM - Happy Hour with Columbia T&H Club + NYU Real Estate Club at Members Only West Village
