Congress Hall, a beachside hotel established in 1816, once served as the summer White House for President Benjamin Harrison and summer vacation spot for three other presidents in the nation's first seaside resort of Cape May, NJ. Facing potential closure, Curtis Bashaw (WG'90) spearheaded a major renovation in 2000, transforming it into one of the Jersey Shore's premier vacation destinations. Join us for an overnight trek at Congress Hall to gain insights into the intricacies of historic real estate transactions and the dynamics of delivering upscale service in a seasonal setting.

Dates will be as follows: Thu, Apr 03 - Fri, Apr 04, 2025.

Lodging will be provided at Congress Hall; check-in at leisure Thursday afternoon (all are personally responsible for travel)
TBD for small group dinners Thursday evening with some of the Cape Resorts Team (non-mandatory event/ free to enjoy the town)
Breakfast to be provided Friday morning immediately followed by case study and panel
Conclusion sometime near noon for departure back to Philadelphia.
