Wharton Real Estate Club HK/SG Trek

Wharton Real Estate Club is hosting the inaugural Asia Trek. We will be visiting a mix of developers, funds, and agencies – such as Blackstone, CapitaLand, Link REIT, and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) – and tour trophy assets such as Blackstone's Sandcrawler Building (LucasFilm's SG HQ). Final list and agenda will follow.

Logistics: Please book your own accommodation and flights to/within HK and SG and ensure you arrive on time for our first visit on Monday 29th April at 8.30am (HK) or Thursday 2 May at 8.30am (Singapore). Attire is business formal.

Tickets ($100 for 1 country / $150 for both) will be used for shared expenses such as a potential happy hour with alumni. Any excess funds will be refundable upon completion of and full engagement during the trek. (Note that refunds may take a couple of weeks as it will go through the WGA system.)

We will limit attendees to 10 to ensure quality of engagement – so please register as soon as possible. Registration is first come first served and will close on March 13.

Mon 29 Apr: 8.30am - 8.30pm in Hong Kong
Tues 30 Apr: 8.30am - 6pm in Hong Kong
Weds 1 May: No programming - day off to travel from Hong Kong to Singapore
Thurs 2 May: 8.30am - 8.30pm in Singapore
Fri 3 May: 8.30am - 6pm in Singapore

Note that this trip may be eligible for reimbursement by the Helfand Bluhm Fund if related to your career intentions.
