The virtual Argus training will take place over two days:

Session One: Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET
Session Two: Sunday, February 12, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET

This virtual training is limited to 100 participants. Once we have filled all 100 open seats, we will open a waitlist. If seats for the training open up, we will contact those on the waitlist in order of receipt of registration.

Please note: in order to reserve your seat, we ask that you also submit a $20 registration fee.

We ask that you register with the intention to attend and understand the Center is paying for your participation. A virtual Argus training is truly expensive, with a two-day Argus training costing an independent learner $1,700.

Please note that this session WILL NOT be recorded.

Important deadlines:
The online registration deadline for a hard-bound guide is January 30, 2023, 9:00 a.m.. Any students who register online after this date and by February 6 will receive an e-book. Hard-bound guides will be available for pick-up at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center Office (4th floor Vance Hall) the week of February 7th, at times that will be announced. The Center will send out a confirmation email to those who opted for a hard-bound guide with pick-up details. E-books will be made available through the Argus trainer.

Registration will close Tuesday, February 6, 2023, 9:00 a.m.

Additional FAQs

Can I participate in the Argus training if I am not a member of one of the five Zell/Lurie supported real estate clubs?
No – this training is only open to members of the Zell/Lurie supported clubs. However, you can still join one of the supported real estate clubs and then register for the training. You must be a club member before registering.

Can you record the training for those who cannot attend the virtual sessions?
ARGUS Software, Inc. professional services strictly prohibit any video recording or voice recording of all training sessions.

Can I receive a PDF training manual rather than a hard copy?
You can choose to receive the guide as an e-book or be shipped a hard copy. Our Argus trainer recommends students opt for hard-bound guides unless they have access to dual-monitors.
